This game is a cognitive-behavioural relapse prevention programme. It systematically prepares the players to deal with the many threats to sobriety by identifying subconscious urges to use alcohol and drugs. Then it counters them with conscious and rational arguments not to use them. So by playing the game, young people acquire the cognitive and behavioural skills necessary to sustain abstinence.
